I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of patient clinical data analysis to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations and come up with diagnosis and treatment plan.
A 86 YEAR OLD MALE PATIENT CAME TO CASUALTY ON 18/10/21

- Thigh muscle graft to feet for non healing ulcer
- Has been regularly tested for DM and HTN.

- Quit alcohol and Cigarettes 8 years ago on recommendation by physician for non healing ulcer
